Step 1: Determine Scope of Work (Free Consultation Available)

Step 2: Gathering Project Information/Assets. This may include architectural drawings, hand sketches, mood boards/selections.

Step 3: Approve True Motion Works Proposal and Production Begins

Within 1-2 reviews, typically project is complete.

Many rendering companies use freelancers from a pool that changes all the time, leading to varied results and difficult third-party communication.

Our owners are available to facilitate communication throughout a project and all work is completed in house. Importantly, that means your data also remains in house.

Timelines vary with the scope of work. We do offer rush delivery, so reach out ASAP if you have a tight deadline.

Most still rendering projects are completed within 5-6 business days, including review time. Animations take a few weeks or longer, depending on the length/resolution.

Our process prioritizes first drafts, so that you and your team have more time for reviews. This ensures that we have a good foundation early on, allowing the time to perfect the details. We also have flexibility to adjust our schedules around deadlines to make sure your finals arrive on time.

Yes. We frequently reference or utilize in-house 3D models from architects, designers, and engineers. SKP, FBX, DWG, 3DS, OBJ, STEP, and more will work.

Yes. We collaborate with in-house teams on projects of all sizes. We can assist with overflow projects, additional services outside your specialties, meet rush deadlines, and take on long-term/resource-heavy projects.

Yes. We often help basic concepts evolve into full-fledged designs through the rendering process.

If your concept is in early stages, we can use your reference images to inform the overall look for drafts. We can also virtually stage a space after discussing your ideas and marketing direction.

File formats are flexible. Most final images will be JPG files, resolution TBD based on your needs. Interactive services are accessible by web link. Animations will be MP4 or similar in 4K, HD, or SD.

Payment methods include all major Credit Cards, ACH Bank Transfers, Zelle, Revolut, and check by mail.
