Private School Renovation Fundraising

Wesley Prep approached us with their ideas for renovating the main entry to their school. The project evolved to include a flex space/common area and three classrooms. Our team collaborated with their builder and administration to create a series of renderings for potential donors to preview their future spaces. These images will feature at their annual fundraising event.

NKBA Awards: Concept Kitchen Renderings

It was an honor collaborating with Blue Copper Design to bring this barrier free kitchen design to life. Our team selected several angles to best showcase the different features within this space. This modern kitchen includes a butler's pantry or scullery for added storage.

New Build: Rendering Package for Marketing

This new build spec home had plans and elevations along with interior inspiration images. Our team was able to visualize the interior from the simple direction we were given. Our client was then able to tweak the final design based on our renderings, before launching their home sales campaign and MLS listing.

Custom Home Design: Renderings Featuring Design Options

This project focused on the interior architecture and design. We rendered several angles showing design options to help the client make final design decisions.

Restaurant Concept: Fast Casual BBQ with Multiple Locations

In planning a new, potentially expandable restaurant concept, renderings helped promote the idea to both investors and potential patrons. This barbecue concept illustrates the layout and design details. Multiple locations were visualized to help the builds move forward.

Community Launch: Master-Planned Community Animation

Canada's first master-planned community came to fruition in 2012. Several developers joined forces to tackle this large-scale development. Their plan was to create a lifestyle. They included various styles of homes, recreation areas, schools, walking paths, and more. The marketing team helped to form a storyboard as our team built everything up in 3D. Our visuals, paired with a wonderful voiceover, tells the story of the Legacy development.

The developer of an existing resort-style retirement village along the port in Wangi Wangi sought to expand the property. Using professional photographs of the as-built community and the architectural plans, our team illustrated the future scale of the condominiums and its impact on the Wangi Wangi shoreline.
