Wesley
Prep, a private school in Dallas, approached us with hand-drawn sketches of their lobby renovation ideas. The goal? Realistic renderings capturing their new design concept - to be unveiled at their annual Fundraising Banquet.
Our team
collaborated with their builder and administration to create a series of
renderings for potential donors to preview their future spaces. The project evolved to
include a showcase a flex base (and its multiple functions) as well as three classrooms. The fund-raising launch was a great success.
This
modern home was designed from the ground up. The client approached with 2D designs for the home exterior, interior, and interior elevations along with selections for every fixture, finish, and some furnishings.
Design meeting presentations brought up a few areas where a couple of design options would be useful. Our team offers next-day edits, allowing options to be shared quickly so final decisions can be made.
Buckhorn BBQ's ambitious launch plan included several locations, illustrated by realistic renderings presenting the varying designs and details specific to each locale.
Our renderings accompanied press releases, on-site signage, and investor presentations, helping the restaurant development plans move forward to the next stage.
This
new build spec home had plans and elevations along with interior
inspiration images. Building a home of a size takes some time and the developer was seeking marketing content to get started.
Our client adjusted the
final design based on our renderings. The final renderings launched their home pre-sale campaign and MLS listing. The client reported that they were amazed how close the real-life build was to the renderings and returned for their next build.
This Chicago-area home remodel was in design flux. The homeowner was looking to respect traditional features, while designing modern spaces that function for life's current needs.
The designer proposed two very different options for the kitchen, giving the homeowner contrasting options. Ultimately, traditional touches prevailed, as seen throughout the rendered spaces, bringing the charm of the home into its next chapter.
It
was an honor collaborating with Blue Copper Design to bring this
barrier-free kitchen design to life. The design functionality was demonstrated with the inclusion of a wheelchair.
Our team selected several angles to
best showcase the different features within this space. This modern
kitchen includes a super functional butler's pantry or scullery for added storage.
Canada's
first master-planned community came to fruition in 2012. Several
developers joined forces to tackle this large-scale development. Their
plan was to create a lifestyle. They included various styles of homes,
recreation areas, schools, walking paths, and more.
The marketing team
helped to form a storyboard as our team built everything up in 3D. Our
visuals, paired with a wonderful voiceover, tells the story of the
Legacy development.
The
developer of an existing resort-style retirement village along the port
in Wangi Wangi sought to expand the property. Local planning required realistic images to demonstrate the visual impact of the expansion.
Using professional
photographs of the as-built community and the architectural plans, our
team illustrated the future scale of the condominiums and its impact on
the Wangi Wangi shoreline.
This custom home builder had plans for a cozier, townhome community. The marketing challenge was to find a visual style that captured that warm feeling of home.
Our team presented three stylistic directions for final marketing including a watercolor style, sketched style, and a faded look. Property
visualizations are a part of your marketing story. We help your team carry your branding and marketing throughout your rendered content.
These
before and after shots show the transformation from the visualization
stage to the final product.
